Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Consultant shall provide ROW Engineering and Survey Support services including providing personnel and expertise to prepare ROW appraisal maps, legal descriptions, surveys, staking, monumentation, and exhibits to support ROW acquisition and other related services. The project is located entirely within the counties of Madera, Fresno, Kings, Tulare, and Kern and will span approximately 120 miles in length. The intersection of Poplar Avenue and Madera Avenue in Kern County is the approximate southern limit, and the intersection of Avenue 19 and Pick Fair Way in Madera County is the approximate northern limit. The Central Valley encompasses Construction Package 1, Construction Package 2-3, and Construction Package 4. Please be advised that the boundaries of the project may be modified due to environmental work.
