Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor shall reserve four (4) single rooms for the Hayfork Fire Captain, Engineer, and two (2) Firefighters for the overnight stay in Hayfork, CA for the duration of the renovation of leased building for new Hayfork Station. B. The Contractor shall agree to only charge for occupied rooms. C. The Hayfork personnel will be staying at Contractor’s location all seven (7) days of the week. D. The Contractor shall provide daily cleaning, laundry services, and towels. E. The Contractor shall provide internet and television. F. CAL FIRE is not responsible for any incidental charges accrued by guests. Incidental expenses of CAL FIRE members will be the responsibility of EACH GUEST. The Contractor shall be responsible for collecting payment for any incidental charges directly from each guest prior to guest checkout.
