TBD (Contractor) agrees to provide the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards & Training (POST), with three to four documentary-style videos related to the history of policing, and one promotional recruitment video for POST’s Command College. The videos will be created for viewing by law enforcement personnel and the general public. 1. The Contractor will ensure each of the videos is no more than 30 minutes in length, and will include video, audio, and graphics. POST will have complete editing rights for all of the videos. 2. The Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) will be responsible for selecting the interviewees and the topics. Should travel to remote interview locations be necessary, POST will reimburse those expenditures to the contractor on a standard POST Letter of Agreement. (Please note: travel costs do not need to be added to the Cost Worksheet.) 3. The Contractor will release the videos to POST once the parties mutually agree the videos are in final form. POST may also request additional video and audio not included in the final form (this footage shall be edited and rendered for viewing). 4. The Contractor agrees to not use the videos for any commercial purpose. 5.
