Contractor’s Full Business Name (to be completed by the DMV), hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform in-house and dockside recyclable waste removal services at the DMV Headquarters Campus for the term of this Agreement. In-house services consist of the Contractor physically walking through the interior of the DMV facilities to remove recyclable waste materials from DMV owned recycle waste bins. Dockside services consist of the Contractor placing its own recycle waste bins at the dock area of the DMV facilities and removing recyclable waste materials that are placed in the Contractor’s provided recycle waste bins.
