The Sacramento Police Department’s (SPD) Office of Homeland Security is seeking a contractor to provide incident management training to a regional response team comprised of numerous public agencies that collaboratively provide critical command and control for large incidents. This solicitation is for multiple courses to be delivered in the Sacramento region, to be priced at a flat rate per course based on up to 30 students per delivery. All courses shall meet requirements for California State Fire Training and NWCG certification needs. Students who successfully complete the course shall receive a certificate of completion based on certifying agency (CA-SFT, NWCG, FEMA). All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal.
