The intent of this request for proposal (RFP) is to contract with a company who will provide restorative practices and violence prevention-intervention services & support to the District’s schools, 7 th through 12th grade students. The goal is to enhance student achievement and well-being by creating a safe, supportive environment that fosters learning and socialemotional growth. Services will involve collaboration with students, school administration, staff, and parents to address individual, group, and school-wide needs. The selected Bidder will provide: • Implement restorative practices and intervention supports, leveraging specialized knowledge in both restorative and violence prevention-intervention practices. • Offer Tier 1-3 support services tailored to the unique social-emotional needs of students as alternatives to punitive measures. • Provide services that include: o Restorative Practices Facilitation: Circles, group facilitation, and mediation to support student engagement and resolution. o Case Management: Direct support and coordination of services for individual and groups of students. o 1-on-1 Mentoring: Focus on relationship-building with students and their families. o Parent/Caregiver Conferencing & Home Visits: To support student attendance and engagement.
