- The bid sheet must be filled out in ink or typed, clearly legible, and signed by the bidder.

- Bid are due no later than 2 PM (Pacific Time) on November 15, 2024.
- Bid will only be accepted via certified mail or a carrier service. E-mailed, faxed, or hand-delivered bids will not be accepted.
