1. District to procure exercise equipment and shade structures (not in Contractor’s scope of work). District to procure building permits for the shade structures. Contractor to construct the project per the attached plans and specification and provide and maintain temporary chain link construction fencing as needed to secure work areas. 3. Contractor to coordinate delivery, receiving, storage, transportation, and loading/unloading of District-procured exercise equipment and shade structures. 4. Contractor to coordinate building inspections with Sacramento County for the shade structures, including required special inspections. District will pay and obtain building permits. District to contract with special inspection and testing agency for the project for geotechnical and special inspections. 5. Stockpile existing engineered wood fiber surfacing in existing play areas as needed to install new shade structure footings. 6. Demolition, tree removal, clearing, grubbing, and disposal of dirt spoils off site as needed to install new project improvements. 7. Relocate existing trash receptacle and acorn seat. 8. Excavation, grading, and preparation of site for installation of new concrete paving, curbing, and engineered wood fiber in adult exercise area according to contract documents. 9. Backfill and feather grades adjacent to new adult exercise area. Grade improvement areas and areas disturbed by work to drain per contract documents and in consultation with the District Landscape Architect. 10. Install new play area drain and storm drain system. Connect to existing private storm drain line approx. 28’ from adult exercise area.
