LADOT seeks a Contractor who will meet with LADOT staff and prepare a robust Strategic Plan. The Contractor shall assist the City to deliver the following key components of the updated Strategic Plan: ● Researching “State-of-the-Practice” Strategic Plans from other parallel cities ● Hosting, facilitating, and summarizing key stakeholder feedback ● Aligning Strategic Plan priorities with City goals and Mayor initiatives ● Identifying evaluation and performance metrics to monitor progress of Strategic Plan ● Creating an efficient method for staff to input data and to display progress and impact of LADOT’s goals and actions in the Strategic Plan, which aligns with the Mayoral Office of Infrastructure metrics ● Preparing a beautifully designed document with high quality photos ● Supporting a department-wide roll-out of Strategic Plan with graphics and printed materials to use for staff engagement
