Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1. The specifications for service delivery must be strictly adhered to in order to ensure the integrity of the documents. 4.2. The contractor will be available between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00pm Monday thru Friday apart from County and/or Court Holidays. 4.3. Pickup and Delivery times vary, BHS will communicate the required service types to the contractor by submitting daily requests via an electronic platform or website. The contractor shall bill according to Exhibit C, Pricing Schedule. 4.4. No more than 1 (one) round trip per day allowed without prior authorization from the County. 4.4.1. Regular delivery for pickup and delivery services within three (3) hours. 4.4.2. Rush delivery for pickup and delivery services within two (2) hours. 4.4.3. Express delivery for pickup and delivery services within one (1) hour.
