Description: Installation of a new 12,000 BTUs mini split for a communication room. The communication room is 12x10 feet. The contractor would need to install all new equipment and copper line sets, new electrical, and a new Wi-Fi thermostat Labor: • Provide (1) 1-ton Mini Split System with Wi-Fi thermostat. • Provide labor to install a new mini-split system. • Run a new copper line set for the indoor & outdoor units. • Run all new electrical wires to indoor and outdoor units. • Connect refrigerant lines to the new indoor and outdoor units. • Charge new system with refrigerant as needed. • Install new condensate pump and drain line. • Install and program the new thermostat. • Start up the unit and check proper performance. • Clean up area
