The successful Proposer(s) shall: a. Assume overall responsibility for pick-up of soiled POG and COG and delivery of clean items up to six (6) days a week, as mutually agreed upon, to the facilities listed in Section I. Introduction, Paragraph E - Location of Services. 1. Pick-up and delivery of POG and COG shall be between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 11:00 A.M., or at the mutually agreed upon time. b. Deliver linens that are properly cleaned, folded and to the satisfaction of Probation’s staff. c. Immediately replace any POG linen deemed unsatisfactory at no cost to the County. d. Submit a weekly report of COG laundry items that could not be properly washed and are deemed non-washable. e. Maintain property of all POG linen. f. Provide excellent customer service and have a representative available during business hours for questions regarding products and billing. g. Remediate any shortages or scheduling issues with professionalism and in a timely manner. h. Provide services of a dedicated account contact, five (5) days per week, and provide supervisors and/or technicians as well as office personnel to assist in the coordination of Services. Proposer shall work closely with Probation to develop methods that facilitate the correct exchange of POG and COG items between parties that minimize misdirected or lost items.
