The Contract is to procure a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) to support the design and for the construction of the Link Union Station (Link US) Project. The Link US project will transform how regional rail operates in Southern California by converting Union Station from a ¿stub-end¿ to a run through station that will increase operational capacity to meet the future growth of the regional rail system while accommodate a new future California High Speed Rail service. Work under this contract will include construction management support during the final design and construction of all elements of the Link US Project that includes utility relocation, street improvements, Platform #4 and viaduct bridge structure over the US 101 Freeway that connects to the main line tracks along the Los Angeles River south of Los Angeles Union Station.
