Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractors are encouraged to specify the services they require from the City, their contributions, and estimated sponsorship contributions. Approved sponsors must align with the City's vision for the events. The selected contractor will collaborate closely with City staff, ensuring smooth coordination and adherence to policies. They will also handle staffing, equipment operation, and overall production while devising an effective annual marketing and advertising strategy to promote the Farmers' Market series through various channels. The selected contractor shall manage the Farmers' Market which is scheduled to run a minimum of once per week, excluding major holidays, or as jointly determined with the City. Moreover, the market will be active from approximately October 1st to June 30th annually. During the months of June through September, the Farmers' Market may either continue indoors if a suitable location is secured or outdoors, depending on a collaborative decision by both parties and prevailing weather conditions. The City Manager retains the discretion to alter the schedule in case of emergencies or disasters.
