Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to provide lodging and prepared, hot meal service for up to eighty (80) emergency personnel attending the Castle Training Center. A. Catering services shall be provided five (5) days a week at the following times: 1) Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. 2) Lunch: Sack lunch provided at 8:00 a.m. 3) Dinner: 5:00 p.m. B. The Contractor shall provide CAL FIRE personnel with two (2) hot meals, breakfast, and dinner, and one (1) sack lunch daily, at a location that can accommodate the feeding and lodging of personnel during the duration of this Agreement. Meal service may be required for up to eighty (80) personnel daily. C. Contractor shall provide enough tables and chairs to feed up to 80 CAL FIRE personnel. D. Contractor shall provide appropriate utensils, plates, cups, and napkins. E. All meals shall follow CAL FIRE’s nutritional guidelines. Detailed Scope of Work - Lodging A. Lodging services shall be provided seven (7) days a week, 24 hours a day. B. The Contractor shall provide CAL FIRE personnel with lodging room(s) with bathroom(s) during the duration of this Agreement. Lodging service may require up to eighty (80) personnel daily to house, lodging must have the capacity to separate the students by gender, as needed. C. Contractor shall ensure proper room cleaning services are provided at minimum of once a week. This shall include cleaning and sanitation of all floors, showers, toilets, sinks, and other surface areas. D. Contractor shall ensure CAL FIRE personnel have access to a minimum of 20 shower stalls. E. Additional supply of clean sheets and towels shall be restocked in rooms daily. F. Bathroom(s) shall be stocked with proper toiletries and handwashing accessories. G. Wireless internet shall be available to all CAL FIRE employees and accessible at the lodging facility. H. Contractor shall provide accessibility to one (1) washer and one (1) dryer at the facility, with twenty-four/seven (24/7) access. Laundry products do not need to be included. I. Contractor shall provide access to 24/7 video monitored on-site parking. J. Contractor shall provide accessibility of a conference room for business needs outside of normal business hours that is inclusive of one table and a minimum of four chairs. K. The following utilities shall be included: water, electricity, propane, internet, and garbage disposal. L. Contractor shall have a minimum of one (1) employee on site daily. M. Contractor shall provide parking accommodations that shall be able to accommodate large fleet vehicles.
