The Campus is requesting Proposals to provide course materials solutions to students at the University on campus and beyond the physical store. Additionally, the Proposers system must simplify the adoption process to allow faculty to research course materials using current data while being able to analyze historical ordering information all while respecting academic freedom. The Bookstore will continue to offer other traditional retail services. The Proposers solution (i.e., an Equitable Access Program) must if applicable, include on-line ordering for textbooks, purchase of textbooks/course materials with a clearly defined course material adoption workflow and review process including adoption software platform. Additionally, marketing strategy; innovative ideas to drive traffic to the Bookstore website; specific cost-saving measures for students to reduce the price of course materials; shipping instructions (to the physical store location if needed) and technology integration needs (e.g., LMS integration, registration integration, financial aid integration all must be addressed...
