Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. At no cost to the SFMTA, the Contractor will be required to: a. Provide diverse high-quality merchandise under direction provided by the SFMTA for sale, marketing and distribution. b. Develop, design, and maintain an SFMTA branded webstore for selling the products. c. Provide design direction for products and collaborate with SFMTA on final design for production. d. Incorporate designs and art provided by SFMTA into product design. e. Provide sample products for the SFMTA to review. f. Use commercial efforts to sell, market, warehouse, distribute, and provide customer service for MUNI branded products. g. Point of Sales Stores: Contractor shall set up and staff pop up locations in San Francisco four times per calendar year. h. Provide a dedicated line for customer service to both SFMTA and the public during normal business hours. i. Warehouse, store, and ship items within 24 business hours of receipt of order. j. Develop, create, and implement promotional, marketing, and sales strategies. k. Store, process, and transmit payment data. l. Provide a product discount for SFMTA staff. 2. Products to be sold will include, but are not limited to: a. T-shirts b. Sweatshirts c. Hats d. Beanies e. Scarves f. Drinkware g. Station and Logo signs h. Model buses and trains i. Totes and bags j. Seasonal items k. Prints 3. Online Retail Store will include: a. Secure transaction processing b. Multiple product categories c. Product image, description, price, including shipping costs made available at checkout d. Sufficient inventory to meet consumer demands, communicating out of stock items with anticipation of when those items will be back in stock e. Online and email order confirmation f. Account management for Ship To addresses, password change, order review g. Ability to use all platforms including computers, smart phones, and tablets.
