Provide a quote for postage and shop services for the approximate quantities and mailings outlined on the Cost Sheet for July 1 to June 30 for three fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. The shop services costing outlined in the following items: Task 1 – Pick up materials to be mailed directly from the City Task 2 – Prepare mailing with the media and envelopes provided by the City Task 3 – Include USPS postage on mailings Task 4 – Deliver mailings to the post office The following types of mailings to be provided with the City providing the envelopes and inserts (described in the following pricing section): 1.Business License Renewal Notices 2.Business License Certificates 3.Business License Delinquent Notices 4.Fire Inspection Delinquent Notices The costs of postage is determined by the Post Office the City understands the cost of postage increases, if the cost goes up a change order can be requested for the rising postage costs. The proposer should submit pricing as a mark up percentage of the USPS rates. Term: Three (3) year term ending on June 30, 2027
