Specifications include, but are not limited to: Napa County is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to automate the management of bids and RFPs from solicitation creation through response submittal, evaluation, and contract award. The overall goal is to implement a system that will allow the County to contract for services and products efficiently and cost-effectively in a collaborative environment that ensures fairness and transparency for all parties. The ideal solution will provide overall improvements to the bid and RFP solicitation, response submission, evaluation and award processes through time savings, process efficiencies, automation, and integrations with other County systems. It should also facilitate the implementation of standardized processes across all departments and promote transparency within the organization, with vendors submitting proposals, and with the public.
