Specifications include, but are not limited to: District is seeking the services of successful Proposer(s) that will be required to enter into an agreement for services within the boundaries of the San Jacinto Unified School District. a. Proposer Requirements ● Proposer shall provide the labor, qualified personnel, materials, and equipment to serve food and/or beverages at various scheduled events within the San Jacinto Unified School District boundaries. ● Proposer shall keep at all times on public display its Business License. ● Proposer shall keep at all times on public display its Mobile Food Preparation Unit (MFPU) License. ● Proposer shall keep at all times on public display its Public Health Permit/License. ● Proposer shall keep at all times on public display its Food Seller’s Permit. ● Proposer shall keep at all times on public display its Food Handlers License. ● Proposer shall operate, serve, and dispense quality foods and beverages with adequate portions. All foods must be fresh and of the best quality at all times. ● Proposer(s) shall comply with California Public Resources Code section 42270, et seq., regarding single-use food ware accessories and condiments. Proposer shall make best efforts to provide recyclable and/or compostable serving products.
