a. The primary purpose of this agreement is for the rental, transportation and installation of two temporary Mobile Office Trailer units (MOT) to conduct Department wide Seasonal Lifeguard Training Program facilitated by the Department of Parks and Recreation, Training Section. b. The modular deliver dates will be preplanned with dates and times decided by the project manager. The MOT’s will be left on site from April to June of each year for the term of this contract and will be dismantled and picked up upon request of the project manager. c. The equipment will be located in a marine climate. Contractor acknowledges this condition and will be responsible for the cost and maintenance of the MOT’s associated with marine climate influences
