a. As- Builts: Create as-built drawings of the complete West wing, including adjacent access areas affected by the project scope. As-built drawings to be developed based upon design team’s site visit(s) and using the available drawings and information provided by the City. b. Space Programming and Use: Lead space programming meetings with key City personnel in order to identify the City’s needs, wants and vision. Assist the City to determine whether the best use of this space would be a public building with public services, or just serving City staff as office space. Lead discussions which assess feasibility, constraints and cost implications of these factors. c. Accessibility: Assess accessibility needs for the project including, but not limited to: • Public path of travel to building entrance; • Accessible path of travel within the building; • Restrooms; • Potential need for an elevator. d. HVAC: Assess existing HVAC system that serves the two floors and determine its suitability for the project. This can include modifications to the existing system, an in-kind replacement, or a new system utilizing modernized performance, efficiency and technology. e.
