The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a Cafeteria Lease Agreement directly with a food service provider for the supply of food services and cafeteria operations to approximately 3,400 employees at full capacity and will vary due to teleworking initiatives at the New Resources Office Building. DGS is seeking a cafeteria operator that: • Is committed to providing affordable heathy food options. • Has the option and ability for catered services (pending DOR waiver). • Provides “grab-and-go” options along with kiosk/mobile ordering. • Provides professional and hospitable services within a pleasant environment. • Establishes and maintains control over all aspects of the foodservice operation. • Works closely with DGS, FMD staff to resolve all issues quickly and effectively. • Utilizes the stations and equipment provided
