Core Responsibilities and Deliverables: • Develop, implement, and evaluate effectiveness of annual marketing strategy and plan • Oversee development and execution of digital marketing strategy, including paid and organic efforts • Lead a website strategy promoting visitation to the City of Napa; oversee updates and track analytics to ensure website effectiveness • Management of brand integration and coordination of branding efforts • Oversee development of content calendar and content strategies for owned assets, including website, email, and social media platforms • Oversee development of earned media efforts, including an editorial calendar and working with tourism partners in hosting visiting journalists and influencers • Develop and manage annual marketing budget for the City of Napa TID • Partner with Visit Napa Valley and Downtown Napa Association to highlight and promote key events • Support the selection and manage of all Napa TID marketing contractors • Foster the strategic partnership with Visit Napa Valley and align Napa TID efforts with the regional marketing strategy • Attend and participate in all marketing meetings • Prepare reporting on a regular cycle as determined by the Economic Development Manager; present updates to Local Governing Committee • Review data analytics and monthly reporting to ensure ongoing ROI of marketing efforts • In collaboration with Visit Napa Valley, support overall group sales strategies • Perform other duties as required to support overall goals of the city of Napa TID
