1. The Contractor, agrees to provide the Authority all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, travel cost, including milage and fuel, and other costs incidental to the work to perform non-chemical landscape maintenance services at the Authority’s property’s located at the Central Valley Regional Headquarters and Train Depot for the term of this agreement. 2. The services shall be performed at the following two (2) locations and are referred to collectively herein as “Authority Property”. A. Central Valley Regional Headquarters: 1111 H Street Fresno, CA 93721 B. Train Depot: 1713 Tulare Street, Fresno, CA 93721 (1). The services shall be performed during regular Authority business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on the specific dates listed below in Section C, Dates of Service by Year. a. The Authority Contract Manager can reschedule service dates provided the Contract Manager notifies the service provider seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled service date. b. Unapproved hours of work will be considered performed at the Contractor’s own expense. (2). Dates and times that vary from Section C. must be pre-approved by the Authority Contract Manager before work is performed.
