Supply and install (8) eight Fujitsu 3-ton split heat pump. • Supply and install (5) five Fujitsu 36,000 BTU air handlers. • Supply and install (6) six 18,000 BTU R32 Fujitsu ductless air handlers. • Supply and install all necessary refrigerant lines. • Supply and install all necessary electrical and low voltage parts and wiring. • Supply and install all necessary condensate piping. • All roof penetrations and equipment mounting hardware the contractor will be responsible to ensure roof is properly waterproofed. Provide curbs and/or sleepers at each location. • Supply and install all necessary parts and equipment to make the units work with Pelican controls. • Price includes all Freon and putting system in a deep vacuum as per EPA regulations. • Price includes all necessary labor and system commissioning at start-up. • Clean area and complete final inspection • Construction Schedule based on 40-hour week. • All HVAC Unit Installation to be completed before July 31st
