1. Provide labor, tools, equipment, and materials needed to perform various office moving and relocating related services including packing, palletizing and shrink wrapping, moving, transportation/delivery, unpacking and move management. 2. Provide labor, tools, equipment, materials, boxes, and supervision; and pay all taxes, insurance, bond, license(s), permit fees, and other costs incidental to perform professional moving services. 3. Provide labor and equipment to perform various disassembly and reassembly of office and modular furniture including reconfigurations, moves, additions and changes according to the direction of the DOJ, LA. 4. Disconnect and reconnect electronic services by experienced personnel as requested by DOJ, LA, such as personal computer, printers, scanners, and other related electronic equipment. All sensitive electronic equipment shall be pad-wrapped. 5. Storage of property shall be in a secure location as required. 6. Transportation of confidential property shall provide a security seal if requested by the DOJ, LA. 7. Removal of surplus property to an appropriate location as needed. 8. Removal and discarding of packing materials, rubbish, and debris from DOJ, LA as directed.
