Professional Uniformed Security Officer services will be used at Old Town San Diego State Historic Park on an ongoing basis, 365 days a year. Service consists of roving patrols and varying times, a minimum of two times per night, seven nights a week, during the hours 12:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m., for approximately one hour per visit. Additional patrols per night may be requested and approved in advance in writing. The patrols will include walking around the park property. Patrols will also include two properties located adjacent/across the street to Old Town San Diego State Historic Park: State Park District Office 4477 Pacific Highway, San Diego Ca. and 2829 Juan St., San Diego Ca. Security Officers will contact persons as needed to deter their unauthorized presence. Security service to include daily, written activity reports. Property specific post orders will be created during the start-up walk through. Security Officers should have knowledge of Old Town San Diego State Historic Park and experience with contacting transients and homeless with mental illness.
