Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Experience in the development of campaign strategy and planning for Water Resources programs and outreach activities. • Comprehensive understanding of water resources terminology with the ability to effectively communicate difficult concepts to the general public. • Experience in graphic design and production of water specific outreach communications and collateral materials using the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop). • Copywriting skills to support communication efforts with ratepayers and community members. • Ability to plan, develop and execute events such as ribbon cutting and groundbreaking activities. • Proficiency in preparing high quality deliverables for print and electronic use, meeting all ADA requirements for accessibility. • Ability to coordinate projects and work with vendors and professional printshops. • Ability to provide their own equipment and software necessary to complete assignments.
