The City is interested in increasing efforts in researching and submitting grant applications for all aspects of the city's current and future transportation system network. The goal of the City’s grant program is to secure funding for services and projects that otherwise are unfunded or would be required to utilize local tax dollars. The City is looking for a Consultants who can provide services related to grant research, competitive grant writing and on‐going monitoring, management/reporting support. The Consultant shall ensure the tasks outlined herein are performed by the consultant’s own responsible representative or designated alternate. The requirements described in these sections are neither limited nor comprehensive in nature but are the minimum necessary to meet the City’s objectives.
