Specifications include, but are not limited to: MTC seeks a Consultant or a bench of Consultants to offer two types of services for the MTC, Vital Signs, Plan Bay Area and Bay Bridge Info websites described above, as well as other websites as needed: 1. Website operations, technical support and maintenance services: The Consultant shall provide required website support that includes monthly security and software updates for websites with Drupal CMS (MTC, Bay Bridge Info and Vital Signs websites) as well as websites with non-Drupal CMS (PlanBayArea.org). 2. Website design, development and enhancement services: The Consultant shall provide on-call, as-needed website improvements and update services for these MTC websites. These services will be required on as-needed basis and include but are not limited to tasks focused on site performance, page design and layout, and/or feature changes for content editors for websites with Drupal and non-Drupal CMS.
