Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Guadalupe (the City) is pleased to offer an opportunity to qualified performing arts organizations to respond to this invitation for an operational proposal for the management and use of the City-owned Royal Theater building and other additional improvements to be constructed on the property located on the main street, State Highway 1 and the commercial district, at 848 Guadalupe Ave. Guadalupe, CA 93434. The proposal should include how the restored, 230 seats, historical theatre, a new performing arts center, and an outdoor area will be utilized for the benefit of community members; the proposal should also address how the applying organization will succeed at bringing people from outside of Guadalupe to the theatre (improving the economic vitality of the downtown).
