GO-Biz is seeking proposals from qualified firms or consultants to design, conduct, and manage an outreach and engagement strategy that will develop community led solutions for an equitable ZEV transition. Selected contractors will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the engagement strategy fosters inclusivity, transparency, and actionable recommendations that prioritize equity for underrepresented and priority communities. The selected contractor will be responsible for the following: 1. Stakeholder Feedback Integration • Design and implement a stakeholder engagement plan that prioritizes input from: o Community-based organizations. o Environmental justice advocates. o Tribal Communities o State Agencies 2. Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and other engagement activities to gather feedback. 3. Develop framework of strategies for agencies to: • Enhance equitable practices in ZEV market development. • Increase transparency and accessibility of information related to ZEV policies and programs. 4. Compile and synthesize stakeholder input to inform recommendations that could be considered for inclusion in the ZEV Equity Action Plan being developed by GO-Biz. 5. Develop structured framework and key inputs for the ZEV Equity Action Plan.
