This solicitation is set-aside to 100% Small Business Concerns, and further restricted to those businesses who are certified Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB). The USDA FS seeks to make a single award to the qualified SDB concern to secure services for fuels reduction work in critical Wildland Urban Interface areas throughout the Plumas National Forest consisting of 9 units totaling 87.3 acres.
