The County of Stanislaus Sheriff’s Department (County) along with the contracted cities, Hughson Police, Waterford Police and Patterson Police is seeking qualified and experienced contractors to provide parking citation processing, payment collection and adjudication service, pursuant to State law and City ordinances. The services shall be provided manually, to include processing of fines, bail, forfeiture, citation screening, DMV holds, collection and deposit of funds, owner identification and verification, out of state citation processing and follow up, admin adjudication services, Franchise Tax Board processing and related monthly and annual reports and reconciliations. The Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department and contracted cities employs approximately 132 sworn personnel who will participate in the issuance of parking citations and issues approximately 2,000 parking citations annually. The selected proposer shall be capable of processing more than 2,000 citations per year.
