1. Employment of such parking attendants and other personnel for the management and operation of the pay stations; 2. General maintenance, janitorial and graffiti services to ensure the pay stations represent a first-class appearance; 3. Collection of and accounting for all cash revenue from pay stations derived from the use, including sums payable with respect to daily and monthly parking fees, events, and outside contracts; 4. Replenishment of paper stock 5. Management of event parking and validation sales; 6. Maintenance of accounting records of all income and expenses related to the management and operation of the pay station; 7. Contact City of Alameda Parking Enforcement or the police department as needed if any activities along Park Street require their assistance; and 8. Coordinate monthly meetings with Owner on matters relating to the management and operation of the pay stations.
