Specifications include, but are not limited to: I. Management and operation of the Premises, including employment of necessary personnel ("Attendants") to relocate vehicles to maximize the efficiency of tandem spaces and aisle parking; II. Maintenance of accounting records and submittal of reports of all income, if any, expenses, labor hours and costs related to the management and operation of the Premises; III. Periodic consultation with the District on matters involving the operation of the Premises. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS I. OPERATIONS - The Contractor shall be responsible for employing and supervising adequate personnel to perform the contracted services as described below: A. The Contractor shall provide sufficient and agreed upon onsite Attendants, including a supervisor, to perform all parking related operations at the Premises. 1. Contractor shall operate and staff the Premises beginning at 5:30AM and ending at 7:00PM Monday through Friday except for District holidays and other periodic District shutdown dates. The hours of operation are subject to change upon District request. 2. Contractor is required to staff all assigned tandem floors at the Premises with a sufficient number of Attendants to facilitate the necessary moving of vehicles. During morning arrivals, Attendant functions include, but are not limited to, directing parkers, accepting keys from those parking behind other cars, coordinating aisle parking when necessary. A certain number of parkers (visitors and District staff, herein, "Customers") will expect to retrieve their cars during lunch hours. The majority of the Customers will leave the garage between 3:00PM and 5:00PM and during this time Contractor shall provide sufficient staff to move cars to allow blocked cars to leave the garage in a timely manner.
