Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) is seeking information from interested entities with demonstrated experience developing, operating, marketing, and managing world class, high-volume airport concessions related to the development of concessions opportunities located at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) in Tom Bradley International Terminal West Gates (TBIT West) – TBIT West Concessions Amenity Program. Industry feedback through this Request for Information (RFI) process will help to inform the scope of the future procurement opportunity and specific criteria for the TBIT West Concessions Amenity Program. LAWA plans to grant one passenger amenity service agreement (Agreement) through a later Request for Proposal (RFP) process. The chosen proposer (Operator) will have the responsibility of financing, designing, developing, marketing and running an excellent concessions program at TBIT West on Level 5 in accordance with the Agreement. The Operator will serve as Project Manager for its design and construction programs for the whole spaces offered, which need to be approved by LAWA beforehand.
