1. Information Gathering- Conduct meetings with ACTC staff to review goals and objectives, and begin compiling data necessary to guide the consultant in the development of the Draft TDP. Task 1.1- Kick-off Meeting with ACTC- Hold the initial meeting with ACTC Task 1.2 - Review Existing and Ongoing Plans •Review existing short range TDP (adopted June 19, 2014-years 2014-2019) •Review the Amador County Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan (Final June 2020) meet with AT Mobility Management program manager, and identify additional data and analysis needs •Review Amador Transit's operations and capital improvement plans. Thoroughly discuss same with AT management. •Review Amador Transit Triennial Performance Audit (2018/19-2020/21) •Meet with SSTAC to collect additional information and determine further data and analysis needs, as needed •Meet with ACTC and facilitate discussions of their concerns and expectations for the process and product •Responsible Party: Consultant/ACTC 2. Public Outreach – Majority of all meetings will be publicly noticed to ensure maximum attendance. It is rare that Spanish translator, sign language, or equipment to aid the hearing impaired are requested, however, accommodations will be made for any such requests. Task 2.1 - Public Workshop •Press release #1-A public workshop will be held during a regular SSTAC meeting in an effort to gain further direct input from the public regarding transit needs in the region. Notification of this workshop will be provided by a second press release as well as advertisement and bilingual postings. •Responsible Party: Consultant/ACTC.
