Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work DOES require the following professional services: 1. Creation of graphic design document template and format (approximately 200 pages) in Adobe InDesign (or similar software) – see draft recovery plan outline (Attachment 3) for reference 2. Assembling the document such as inserting body text, graphics, icons, maps, and photos provided by County 3. Creating no more than ten (10) original graphics and/or icons 4. Minor copy editing based on direction from County 5. Public Review Draft #1 document in design document template 6. Public Review Draft #2 document in design document template 7. Final Adoption document in design document template 8. General project management and coordination emails/calls with County 9. Three (3) team meetings (bi-weekly July 15 through August 23) 10. Six (6) team meetings (September – December)
