The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) is soliciting for propane delivered to multiple sites located within an 80 miles radius from the NAWCWD China Lake front gate on Inyokern Road. This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses and will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) base year contract with four (4) one (1) year option(s) as well as one (1) six (6) month option.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools and training to accomplish the safe storage, transport and delivery of propane to various locations to ensure fuel is readily available at the sites provided herein. The contractor shall be responsible for replacing valves, fittings and gauges to ensure safe transfers and accurate readings on all tanks excluding bulk tanks (20,000 gallons and above). The contractor shall perform low-pressure leak tests on the related propane gas lines to ensure integrity and safety.
This procurement is being issued in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Subpart 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.
This acquisition is under NAICS Code 211130 with a size standard of 1250 # of employees.

Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled Information. Access to CUI is limited, to a single point of contact (POC) per CAGE code, who is listed as the Data Custodian on the DD 2345 and approved by Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
