The Orange County Health Care Agency (OCHCA) Public Health Services (PHS) is a complex multidisciplinary service area providing programs, medical & nursing services, as well as care & case management, to individuals throughout Orange County (OC), California. PHS has a primary focus on vulnerable populations (including: prenatal, postpartum, persons experiencing homelessness, children and youth with special health care needs, first-time parents, families, older adults, and high-risk populations). PHS is comprised of multiple programs that oversee the health & wellbeing of OC residents at large. PHS provides programs and services in the home and community, client advocacy, community resource information, referrals, linkages and assistance with accessing health care. Services that target specific populations and/or health needs are provided to all OC residents who meet the criteria.
