The City of El Monte (“City”), on behalf of the El Monte Police Department, is hereby soliciting competitive proposals for a vendor(s) for the purpose of installing and maintaining a City-wide Public Safety Camera System. The El Monte Police Department requires vendor services, hardware, software and professional service plan (contract) associated with the implementation of a City-wide Public Safety Camera System which will assist in the development of a Real-Time Crime Center (RTCC). The vendor will be required to provide, install, and maintain all necessary hardware and software and train personnel accordingly in system use. A service and maintenance plan, and compliance with a Professional Services Agreement (in effect 5 years) will be required.
