A. Support the County in analyzing, negotiating and closing on the leasing or purchase and/or sales transaction, for space necessary to conduct County business, including conducting continuous market analyzes, preparing comprehensive site searches, identifying potential sites, completing due diligence of potential sites, evaluating feasibility to meet County programming requirements, supporting the site selection process and negotiating real estate documents necessary for execution or closing of a transaction. B. Represent County in negotiations of leases, licenses, and other real property contract agreements transactions including but not limited to lease acquisitions, renewals, extensions, expansions, subleasing. Such services to include transaction set-up, transaction management and brokerage services, portfolio tracker technology application, account management and support. Provide analyses and advice on real estate transactions including valuations, acquisitions, dispositions, and development, strategic portfolio advisory services, financial modeling, fair market value analysis, and appraisals.
