Remove six (6) old Aruba Access Points (APs) model 274 at the locations indicated in Attachment 2. Install six (6) new APs model 575 at the locations indicated in Attachment 2. Provide all labor, equipment, supplies and materials to remove and install new APs for Chula Vista. Perform all work in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications. Comply with all applicable city, county, state and federal laws, ordinances, regulations, guidelines, pamphlets, circulation letters, or any other applicable directive, including but not limited to, California Residential Code (CRC), California Building Code (CBC), California Mechanical Code (CMC), California Plumbing Code (CPC), California Electrical Code (CEC) and California Fire Code (CFC). These laws and regulations may be amended from time to time and is the Contractor’s responsibility to remain updated. Equipment Removal The Contractor shall endeavor to perform all services required under this Contract on State premises. In the event that equipment must be removed from State premises to be completed, prior approval from the CalVet Contract Manager shall be obtained. The CalVet Contract Manager or designee shall record the serial number(s) of the equipment being removed and inspect the equipment. No equipment shall be removed from State premises until inspection and recording of the serial number(s) has been completed. Upon return of the equipment by the Contractor, the CalVet Contract Manager or designee shall check the serial number(s) against those previously recorded and inspect the equipment for acceptability. The Contractor shall be responsible to pick up and deliver from State premises. Work Area The Contractor shall ensure that the work area is kept clean and free of debris, as necessary, to maintain a safe working environment for staff. The Contractor shall perform services with as little disruption to the State’s operations as possible. The Contractor shall remove all tools, equipment, and other work materials belonging to Contractor from the premises at the end of each working day. The State shall not be responsible for storage of any Contractor property.
