Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Proposal is to provide all of the following, but is not limited to, design, construction and installation of the digital sign and associated infrastructure. 1. A high level conceptual design for a digital sign that can house a 10mm pixel pitch, 312 pixels wide x 144 pixels tall sign with video capabilities. 2. The Content Management System shall be OnSign.tv. 3. To incorporate the words, “Welcome to Los Banos” or “City of Los Banos” in the cabinet design. 4. To incorporate the City’s Logo in the sign design. 5. To remove current signage from the site in a manner where it can be restored at a new location by the City and prepare area for new sign construction. 6. Install all electrical conduit, wiring, electric and broadband service to site for installation of sign. 7. To construct cabinet and mount Digital Sign and all associated items. 8. To work with the City to ensure workmanship and operation of Digital Sign and provide training to staff for operation of the Sign. Provide all necessary documentation for sign operation and maintenance. 9. To ensure that all labor, hardware, software, parts and other necessities to complete this project are included in the RFP. 10.Acquire all necessary Building and Encroachment Permits from the appropriate City Departments. Schedule the necessary inspections with the appropriate City Departments and insure improvements are ready for the inspections. 11.Acquire a Caltrans Encroachment permit for work to be done in the public right-ofway or adjacent to the public right-of-way.
