Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide catering and concession services of food, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages to the City’s FCEC (“Facility”). The Facility is presently operated and managed by ASM Global Fresno, LLC (“Operator”) on behalf of the City pursuant to the management agreement dated June 11, 2020, between the City and Operator. The services sought herewith shall be coordinated with the Operator’s operation of the Facility. The Contractor shall provide catering services, including backstage catering services, and concessionaire services, including vendor concessions, from large conventions to small meetings, from large public events to small private affairs, the Facility offers a variety of flexible spaces and services for a variety of events.
