Financial analysis of existing and prospective funding sources; business and commercial planning; analysis of delivery models; procurement scope development options; policy development assistance; project financial expertise and Authority’s Financial Office staff operational advisory services; and revenue and affordability scenario analyses. The Contractor will be required to have expertise in the following critical areas: a) commercial, planning and procurement advisory services b) financing and funding advisory services, c) contract compliance management of the Agreement, d) business and economics advisory services, e) project financial advisory services in areas such as: federal grants, reporting and financial, and accounting. Tasks in these critical areas will be accomplished through Task Orders.
