The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS) Contracting Office (Code 400), hereby provides notice for a request for quote for N4523A24Q1343. The contract is expected to be awarded under FAR 15.101-2 lowest price technically acceptable source selection process.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code has been determined to be 532490 - Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing with a large business standard of $40,000,000. It was also determined that that appropriate PSC Code for this requirement would be W061 Lease or Rental of Equipment- Electric Wire and Power Distribution Equipment.
Puget Sound Naval Shipyard requires one (1), 60 kW Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG) system capable of supplying electrical power per the requirements set forth in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The EDG shall be capable of reliably supplying electrical power with electrical ratings of 480VAC, 3-phase, 60 Hz and minimum kilowatt (kW) power ratings of 60kW. All generators shall have a brake horsepower rating less than 2,000. The neutral bus shall be isolated from the EDG’s ground and comprised of components listed/labeled by a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL).
PSNS and IMF Contracting Office (Code 400) will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this request for quote. Only written responses will be considered. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award.

Pacific Time on 22 Aug 2024 The capability documentation should include general information and technical background describing in detail the prospective contractor's capabilities and experience that will demonstrate the ability to support these requirements.
Vendor shall complete the pricing structure, section of the request for quote in its entirety and return with any other documentation, attachments or data as required by this solicitation. Review and fill out all attachments as required.
