Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Authority is issuing this RFQ to receive Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms (Offerors) for Right-of-Way (ROW) Engineering and Survey Support Services (LGA) for Fresno to Bakersfield Locally Generated Alternative. The purpose of this RFQ is to award an agreement (Agreement) to one successful Offeror (Consultant) to provide ROW Engineering and Survey Support Services to include, but not be limited to, providing personnel and expertise to prepare ROW appraisal maps, legal descriptions, surveys, staking, monumentation, and exhibits to support ROW acquisition and other requested services on a Task Order (TO) basis under the direction of the Authority’s Director of Real Property
